Terms of Service

The rules for using North Vein Labs apps, games and communities, including product-specific terms and our refund policy.

By using any North Vein Labs Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use a Service for a company, you agree on its behalf.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13. Some features, including Clipnari adult content, require you to be 18 and verified. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission.

2. Accounts

Keep your login secure and your information accurate. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away at support@northveinlabs.com if your account is compromised.

3. Your content

You own what you post or upload. You give us a license to host, store, display and process it only to run and improve the Services. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload.

4. Rules

You may not:

  • Break the law or help others break it
  • Post content that sexualizes minors, threatens violence, harasses, or promotes hate
  • Post adult content outside verified 18+ areas
  • Upload malware, scrape, hack, or overload the Services
  • Impersonate others or post fake reviews
  • Cheat, exploit bugs, or sell accounts in our games
  • Infringe copyrights or trademarks

We may remove content, or suspend or ban accounts that break these rules. We report child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children as required by law.

6. Our property

The Services, software, games, designs and brands belong to North Vein Labs. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer them except as the law allows.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is." We do our best to keep them running and accurate, but we do not guarantee they will be error-free or always available. Hard Rock Drilling is a record-keeping tool and does not replace your company's safety procedures, inspections, or legal obligations.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, North Vein Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Services and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms or to protect users or the Services.

10. Disputes

These Terms are governed by Indiana law. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Indiana, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post changes and, for major changes, notify you. Continuing to use the Services means you accept the update.

Hard Rock Drilling

  • Business accounts: each company has its own separate account, data and branding. Company admins control who can see and edit records.
  • Your data stays yours: your company owns its drill logs, inspections and reports. You can export them at any time, and we delete them within 30 days of closing the account unless you ask us to keep them longer.
  • Billing: subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe, in advance. Prices and seat counts are shown at checkout. No hidden fees.
  • Cancelling: cancel anytime from your account. Service continues until the end of the paid period.
  • Custom apps: custom builds are covered by a separate written agreement and quote.

Clipnari

  • Ages: 13+ for the standard app. Adult content is off by default and can only be turned on by users who pass age verification as 18+.
  • Content rules: adult content must be labeled and stays only in 18+ areas. Content involving minors in any sexual way is banned and reported to authorities.
  • Moderation: we use automated and human moderation. Anyone can report content or users in the app. We review reports and may remove content or ban accounts.
  • Copyright: send copyright complaints to legal@northveinlabs.com with the content link, your work, and a statement of ownership. Repeat infringers lose their accounts.
  • Live streaming: the same rules apply live. We may end streams that break them.

Games

Mining Madness, Struck Gold! and Yo-Ho Crew.

  • These games run on Roblox. Roblox's Terms of Use and Community Standards also apply.
  • Robux purchases, game passes and items are processed by Roblox and follow Roblox's refund rules. Virtual items have no cash value.
  • Cheating, exploiting or harassing other players can get you banned from our games.
  • Mining Madness is intended for players 16 and up.

REXRIOT

Our ARK server cluster and Discord community.

  • Server and Discord rules are posted in the REXRIOT Discord and are part of these Terms.
  • Admins may warn, kick or ban players who break the rules. Bans may be appealed in the Discord appeal channel.
  • Server progress, characters and items may be reset or lost due to updates, wipes or outages, and have no cash value.
  • ARK: Survival Evolved is owned by its publisher. REXRIOT is a community server, not an official one.

Jarvis AI and Taco Utilities

  • AI responses may be wrong. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions.
  • We do not use your conversations to train AI models without your permission.

Refund policy

  • Hard Rock Drilling: cancel anytime and you won't be charged for the next period. If you were charged by mistake or the service did not work, email billing@northveinlabs.com within 30 days and we will make it right, including a refund where appropriate.
  • Apple App Store purchases: request refunds through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • Roblox purchases: handled by Roblox under its own rules.
  • Custom app projects: refund terms are set in each project's quote.
