Delete your account

How to delete your North Vein Labs account and personal data from any of our apps.

In the app

  1. Open the app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
  3. Confirm. You'll get an email when it's done.

This works in Hard Rock Drilling, Clipnari, Jarvis AI and any other North Vein Labs app with accounts.

By email

Send an email from the address on your account to support@northveinlabs.com with the subject "Delete my account." Tell us which app the account is for. We'll confirm the request before deleting anything.

What happens

  • We delete or anonymize your account and personal data within 30 days.
  • Content you posted, such as Clipnari videos and comments, is removed.
  • Payment and tax records may be kept as long as the law requires.
  • Deletion can't be undone. Download anything you want to keep first.

Business accounts

For Hard Rock Drilling, a company admin can delete the whole company account, and admins can remove individual users. Company records are deleted within 30 days of closing the account unless the company asks us to keep them longer. Export your drill logs and reports first.

Games and REXRIOT

Our Roblox games use your Roblox account, which Roblox manages. To remove game data we hold, such as saved progress, email support@northveinlabs.com with your Roblox username. For REXRIOT, message an admin in the Discord or email us with your gamertag.
