What we collect
This policy covers northveinlabs.com, Hard Rock Drilling, Clipnari, Jarvis AI, Taco Utilities, our games (including Mining Madness, Struck Gold! and Yo-Ho Crew), and REXRIOT (together, the "Services").
- Account info: name, email, username, password (stored encrypted), and for business accounts, company name and role.
- Content you create: videos, comments, messages, drill logs, inspection reports, photos and files you upload.
- Age and verification info: birth date, and for Clipnari adult content, the result of age verification. We do not keep copies of ID documents after verification unless the law requires it.
- Payment info: handled by Stripe or Apple. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Device and usage info: device type, app version, IP address, crash logs, and how features are used.
- Location: only if you allow it, and only for features that need it, such as tagging a drill site.
- Support messages: anything you send to our support addresses.
How we use it
- To run, secure and improve the Services
- To create and manage accounts and subscriptions
- To moderate content and enforce our rules, including automated moderation
- To prevent fraud, abuse and illegal activity
- To send service emails such as receipts, security alerts and account notices
- To send product updates or marketing only if you opt in. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party targeted advertising.
Children
Our Services are not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If we learn we have, we delete it. Clipnari adult content is only available to verified users 18 and older. Parents can contact legal@northveinlabs.com.
Your choices and rights
- Access, correct or download your data by contacting us.
- Delete your account inside each app (Settings → Account → Delete Account) or by emailing support@northveinlabs.com. We delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except what we must keep for legal, tax or safety reasons. See Delete your account.
- Opt out of marketing anytime with the unsubscribe link.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. Contact us to use them.
Security and retention
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and separated storage for each business customer. We keep data only as long as needed to provide the Services or meet legal duties. No system is perfectly secure. We will notify you of breaches as the law requires.
Changes
We will post updates here and change the effective date. For major changes, we will notify you in the app or by email.
